Questions people actually ask

What does “messages analysed” mean?

How far back Pro reads when it first connects. Mailsweep stores the outside of each message — sender, subject, a one-line preview — and never the message body. A bigger number means older mail is included in your groups.

What happens when my trial ends?

You move to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your saved filters and any scheduled actions stay exactly where they are, they simply stop running until you subscribe again.

Can I cancel?

Any time, and you keep everything you paid for until the end of the period you have already paid. See the refund policy for the rest.

Does Mailsweep delete my email?

It archives and moves mail to Trash, both of which you can undo — from Mailsweep and from Gmail. It never permanently deletes anything.
